Had a pretty good week this one, found some 18 year-olds that aren't really interested but my companion wants to hang out with them to build some trust and then they'll want to be baptized; but we did get some mean chinese food out of that visit. So we'll see what we do with it all.
The rest of the week was pretty good, we had church out in our 2d area, Te Horo Branch and got a little growl from the Branch President out there, but we'll be going out there close to 4 times a month now to get to know their members and stuff and just smash our K's, no worries I got 300 more K's which we go through in 2 visits so back on the bike!!! Once it gets fixed, or I steal Elder Hann's bike.
Charlize will be baptized next Saturday in Cooper's Crossing just a few minutes down the way from the chapel, not that it actually looks like a chapel, and it will be fantastic. It has been such a blessing to work with her and be a part of her progress and growth and how she is becoming more familiar with the Holy Spirit.
Also we met this nice lady who sells SKY TV, like Comcast, or DirecTV, or whatever, and she told us how she had this great meeting with the Sister Missionaries and they set up an appointment and never showed up. A bit sad, but we had a nice chat with her, although she kept bumping into me and brushing my shoulder and correcting her hair .. . I'm hoping she was just losing her balance a lot because it was rather windy that day. But she's also not in our area, she is in Tikipunga and will be referred over to Elder Fanger.
