Kia Ora te whanau,

I'm doing great, I'll try to look up the talk, but what I do need are pictures of your parents and your grandparents that you could e-mail to me. As for everything else it is going well out here.

We have started teaching a fun lady named Lisa who initially gave us back a Book of Mormon the missionaries left with her last year but she has it back again now, so it is all good.

Quinesha is looking great as well, hooray for that. We just need her interview to happen and then we'll be all sussed for Saturday, although our Bishop said he would announce it in Sacrament and then got up on the stand and didn't announce it about 10 minutes after we talked about it. That's alright though. Kind of.

Anywhow, this Sister in the ward completely broke down on us and said that she was losing hope and motivation and it was sad. It was really sad, and absolutely no one knows about it. She just goes to church and goes home and no one talks with her. That may have been the most sad thing I have discovered out here on a mission is how little people care about their home teaching and their visiting teaching or how they see it as no more than the percentage and the tick off of the box that says they "fulfilled" their responsibility in the ward. It actually hurt me and I felt bad, I know pretty rare thing there, and something that I never want to go back to. Just care about others and take an interest in them, otherwise you lose blessings and become like a scribe or pharisee and believe that the doing of the law will save you. That's wrong, it is the change inside of you that comes from the action the law fulfills. Something like that at least, I hate writing.

Have a wonderful week though!
