Merry Christmas!

Hello,

How was your week mine was pretty good.

Had a decent collection of Key Indicators this week. I had no idea so much of my mission would be focused around numbers. Of course people behind the numbers, but still so much planning into our numbers. Crazy just how important they are.

This week we ended up having to push back our set, Tewhaa, because he didn't come to church and left to spend the holidays with his mum and we don't know where he is or when we will be able to get back in contact with him. Can't wait until we can see him again though!!!

Also the Bishopric in the ward was released so we now have a new Bishopric which has happend in every area I have been in. A new Bishop/Branch President every time! Just a little fun thing out here.

I am just hungry as. And tired, always so tired and I spend every night on the phone for like 30 minutes! There is just no time to write in my journal now. I think it has been over 2 weeks since I last wrote in it. And the time before that was probably like a month before I last wrote in it.

I guess the theme of this week was trying to live our mission vision more and really seeing if I have the faith to live the vision. And that comes back to knowing the why behind the vision. If you understand the why and have that faith, then you will do and what and how. I'm still working on what the why is but it could be that this is what the area needs. We need to Save Souls Weekly, the Lord has called us here to do that, if we have the faith and trust in him. Or at least to have the goal to do so. Still working on the setting proper goals and then setting up the plan to achieve them but it is so important that we set goals and make plans. Otherwise we would go nowhere and could not grow. Have the hope and the faith and then do all that we can to achieve and let God do what he does and watch your faith grow and develop.
